Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all original packaging. To initiate a return, contact VoltOasis01@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will assess and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items purchased during clearly marked final sale promotions
