VoltOasis offers free returns on eligible items within 30 days after delivery. Our goal is to make returns simple, fair, and clear for customers buying portable power and solar charging gear.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Return requests opened after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by local law.
Return Process
- Email support@voltoasisen.com with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
- Our support team reviews the request and confirms whether the item is eligible for a return, replacement, exchange, or refund.
- If approved, we send return instructions and a return label or return address. Please do not send products back before receiving these instructions.
- Pack the item securely with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, tags, and order information when available.
- Ship the package using the approved return method and keep the return tracking receipt until the refund is completed.
- After the returned item is received and inspected, we issue the approved refund to the original payment method.
Eligible Items
- The item should be unused, clean, complete, and in resellable condition.
- Original packaging, manuals, cables, adapters, protective parts, and accessories should be included when applicable.
- Power stations, batteries, and electronic accessories must not be opened, modified, misused, water-damaged, or physically damaged by the customer.
Non-Returnable or Limited-Return Items
- Used, modified, damaged, missing, or incomplete items may be rejected or refunded partially.
- Items returned without approval or to the wrong address may not be accepted.
- Final-sale items are only excluded when clearly marked before purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and included accessories.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to post the refund.
